APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Registration
In order to apply to the IMPRS LSHO, please register with our online Portal. The link to the online portal is available in the open call for applications.
IMPORTANT: You will receive an email confirming your registration and informing you about the next steps.
Application
Once you have created your account at the online portal, you are ready to continue the application process. We recommend that you collect and prepare all necessary information before starting the application process. Once you have started the process, you do not have to continue it until the end as it is possible to save your data in between. Please do not forget to upload the following documents: a) Curriculum Vitae (CV) and motivation letter, b) transcripts and degree documents, c) other documents that you consider important within the context of your application. After submitting the data, you will once again receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 30 minutes to receive this email.
Recommendation Letters
We ask for two recommendation letters. Please insert in the application portal the details of two referees of your choice. They will be invited to upload their recommendation letter after a first formal check of your application. You and the referee will both receive an email confirming reception of the recommendation letter.
After we have received two recommendation letters, your application will be reviewed by our examination committee. Please stay in close contact with your referees to ensure that BOTH letters of recommendation have been submitted before the deadline.
ONLY APPLICATIONS FULFILLING THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND PROCESSED! Incomplete applications will NOT be further processed!
